Monday 3/16

Good Morning Students!! I will update this page each morning to give you a schedule for the day. If you are ahead just check back for any notes/tips for the day…if you are behind, don’t leave it all to the end. **Remember all of your directions are in the post from Friday 3/13 if you need them**

6th grade: today is test day for test 14B. This is open book and you may use a calculator. Be sure to show ALL of your work and identify your answer by circling or underlining it. For those of you starting lesson 71, on tomorrow’s schedule, I couldn’t find a video I liked on Khan academy, so I found one on YouTube. You can find it here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TvfEqgw2uzk. Please let me know if you have any questions.

7th grade: Today is test day for test 14B. This is open book and you may use a calculator. Show ALL of your work and identify your answer by circling or underlining it. For those who are starting lesson 71, on tomorrow’s schedule, here is a video about changing the dimension changes the volume. 🙂

8th grade: quiz 1 for chapter 7 is on your schedule today. Please sign up for Khan Academy:) I will put helpful videos, extra practice and challenges on there for you that will count as extra credit work. You are also doing 7.3 guided practice.

Thank you to those of you who have created a username for Khan Academy!! I am working on assignments. Please know these are not required but I am using them as extra credit!! You can use it for extra practice or to help you if you don’t understand what is in the book. The assignment due date is the date you should have done the lesson. There is a lot of good stuff on there so use it even to challenge yourself or practice things we have already done but maybe you could use it to sharpen your skills. I will put on your class assignments areas where I think the class could use some extra practice and make that due date the day we are to return 3/30. Hope that helps! 🙂

Email any questions 🙂

Have a great day!
