8th Grade Homeroom

There is NO SCHOOL tomorrow, Friday, October 26th!

Kona Ice fundraiser is set for Monday.  I only received a handful of envelopes with money for 8th grade students.  If I don’t have the money first thing Monday morning, your student will not be able to participate.

8th Grade will be going to Mt. Vernon on Dec. 13th.  Mr. DeMauro and I will be the teachers accompanying them.  Forms are going home today.  Please send back with money ASAP.  If you are interested in chaperoning and are an approved volunteer for SJS, you may send in money for yourself as well.  It is going to be so much fun and I am so excited that Mt. Vernon will be decorated for Christmas!!!!!

The Confirmation Retreat will be March 25th and 26th.  More details to come.

8th Grade’s last day of school will be Thursday, May 30th.  Graduation will be on Monday, June 3rd.

I have created a Facebook group for our class.  It is a closed group where I will post pictures of the fun things we are doing at school.  If you would like to join the group, please look for Mrs. Engel’s 8th Grade.  This is just for parents/guardians.
